Keweenaw Coffee Co. is a coffee micro-roastery focused on providing fresh, quality coffee that is sustainably produced and supports small, artisanal farms. They use bio-compostable packaging, use certified beans when available and never cut corners.

Borealis is a blend offering a complex flavor profile. The beans are sourced from Yirgacheffe, in Ethiopia, and are known for the bright, fruity taste of red and black berries and a low acidity. Combined with a medium roast and full body, this coffee brings to mind the rich sweetness of dark chocolate covered cherries and bourbon.

Available as whole or ground beans, this blend is ready to go no matter how you do your brew. If you’d like to sample this roast before you buy a bigger bag, we also offer a 2 oz. ground option.
