Pontoon Boat Ornament

This fun glass ornament depicts a colorful pontoon boat with a canopy and an outboard motor. It has two pontoons with a sparkling silver platform. The passenger area details include seating, a steering wheel design, and a red canopy. The sides are red with yellow and blue design. All sides are nicely detailed.

This ornament was hand-crafted, using the same techniques that originated in the 1800's. Molten glass is mouth-blown into finely carved molds, then a hot solution of liquid silver is poured inside. The ornament is then hand-painted and glittered in a series of labor-intensive steps.
