(Designed and produced by Peninsulas for Carhartt)
Michigan-based Carhartt has made a name for itself by manufacturing rugged workwear for more than 126 years, and you’ll find plenty of the brand’s jackets, overalls, dungarees, and other items at its Detroit flagship store, which opened earlier this year. The store also sells a number of nonworkwear-related items as well. One example are these replica notebooks, which are unique to the Detroit store. We’re told that back in the day, Carhartt distributed these notebooks to railroad workers, which served as advertising by featuring mail-order forms. The store currently carries at least two different types, featuring replica graphics and gridded or lined paper. Perfect for history buffs.
