Merry Michigan Wood Ornament

On the shores of Lake Superior sits a little town called Christmas. This sounds like the beginning of an old holiday tale, but Christmas, Michigan, really exists! Established in the late 1930s, Christmas takes its name from a local gift factory, now closed. It may not be a very big town, but it makes a big impact on visitors. Take a drive down M-28 towards St. Nicholas Street and you’ll come face to face with their famous giant Santa cutout!
