Belted Kingfisher Patch

Big-headed, stocky, and heavy-billed, the Belted Kingfisher nests throughout North America. The female is particularly striking with its rust-orange belly band.

The rattling call of the blue-gray Belted Kingfisher heralds its presence along rivers and shorelines as it plunges for fish and other aquatic prey.

Bird Collective will donate 20% of the profits from this patch to support Alabama Audubon as it works to protect the waters of Alabama where Belted Kingfishers reside year-round.

This embroidered bird patch has an iron-on backing, but the adhesive is temporary. For durability, we recommend swing or using a permanent, flexible fabric glue.
