Michigan Deer Coaster

Inspired by vintage Michigan tourism graphics from the late 1960s and 1970s, our Michigan Deer Coaster nods to an era of log lettering, woodland imagery, and state pride worn simply and honestly.

Centered around the white-tailed deer—Michigan’s official state game mammal—the design draws from a visually distinct chapter of Great Lakes travel history and reinterprets it with our own Peninsulas touch. It’s a nostalgic celebration of Michigan’s woods, wildlife, and enduring outdoor traditions.

One of the many coasters we offer, designed to be mixed, matched, or collected over time. This 4" × 4" matte ceramic coaster is cork-backed for surface protection and printed in-house by Peninsulas. At approximately 1/4" thick, it has a substantial feel while still being made for everyday life—set beside morning coffee, evening cocktails, and the moments in between. Hand washing with mild soap is recommended to help preserve the vibrancy of the design.
