Zingerman’s Peppermint Bark is the combination of two amazing, super high-quality chocolates. Many months were spent tasting white chocolate and finding one Zingerman's felt was the perfect fit for this creation, and they found it with Valhorona. The creamy white chocolate is slathered over top of a semi-sweet Belgian Chocolate that has been mixed with crushed Hammond's peppermint candy. Then, even more crunchy peppermint goodness is sprinkled over the top of everything, making this perfectly balanced recipe!
