For generations, the Round Island Lighthouse has stood watch over the Straits of Mackinac, its beacon helping guide vessels through one of the Great Lakes’ most storied passages. During the holidays, that familiar light takes on a little extra meaning.

Our Round Island Lighthouse Holiday Coaster captures the landmark on a quiet winter night, with the Mackinac Bridge in the distance and a familiar star shining overhead. A glowing Christmas tree along the snowy shoreline adds a touch of the season to a scene that feels unmistakably northern Michigan. Adapted from original Peninsulas holiday artwork and reworked especially for the coaster format, it’s a peaceful reminder of the lights that guide us home.

One of the many coasters we offer, designed to be mixed, matched, or collected over time. This 4" × 4" matte ceramic coaster is cork-backed for surface protection and printed in-house by Peninsulas. At approximately 1/4" thick, it has a substantial feel while still being made for everyday life—set beside morning coffee, evening cocktails, hot cocoa, and the moments in between. Hand washing with mild soap is recommended to help preserve the vibrancy of the design.
